[IRCServices] services segfaults -- libc problem? - Addendum

Line 346 in config.c:
s = strtok(NULL, "");

This seems to be the offending line. Apparently calling strtok with NULL
freaks out my libc6. I'm going to try and quickly figure out a workaround,
but if this *is* an incompatibility with recent libc6 versions, you might
want to look into it.

BTW, libc.so.6 -> libc-2.1.95.so
