ircd2.10.3p1 is just a newer version of ircd 2.9.4 and services cannot work 
with those versions (due to many protocol conflicts)

I know there once was a guy who actually modified services to work with 
ircnet's ircd, but I know it is a *lot* of work, and don't ask me for the 
patch, I don't have it and I don't really know this guy.

So basicly: It will not work.
