Assuming I'm able to interpret your question correctly, I believe that you
are asking in the wrong place.  This list is for IRCServices, nto PTLink
Services.  I don't know if PT is based on these Services, but even still the
problems you are having could be a result of modification.  I would suggest you
either switch services products or find a PTLink source for sending questions
to.
