SuspendInfo is changed from a point after, sorry i'm at the univ no time to check it, i had to do a clear for all suspended nicks before a month for a friend , while he tried to upgrade the services, they seg fault at startup , and at the log files, the last thing was an expire to a suspended nickname, a mention this at a previews post that i did.
