[IRCServices] Next Services version?

Well, i have noticed that if a user comes in from a non resolving IP
adddress  ie Doofis!woo at 196.11.22.1

if you try and add an akill for him, ie *@196.11.22.1, the akill doesnt
work..

That should definitly be looked into
