[IRCServices] set supass - No such variable.

I tried that.. here is the output...

Hmmmm.. now I am confused .. I have already done /oper .. which works...

I may not have /operserv running.. but I thought it was .. the others are 
running.

I must have missed something in one of the config files.. let me go back 
through them again.
