[IRCServices] Assistance

[Al Mellis]

I have run into this problem and have spent hours trying to get by it,
Can anyone help a newbie with this?  I have read the FAQ and the
readme.  I am runnuing redhat ver8, tr-ircd5 and tr-ircservices5
