[IRCServices] first install

[Ballsy]

	Check the top of your modules.conf file.  It sounds as though you 
haven't decided on a protocol module to load, which in your case should be

Module protocol/bahamut

	Check the FAQ that came with IRC Services as well...it may answer 
other questions that may come up.
