[IRCServices] Force a nickchange for a user.

I am actually thinking of doing the same thing.  My idea is to change
the nick of the user even if he is using an unregistered nick.  I hope
the list can inform us how we can go about this.  Thanks

I would like to be able to force a nickchange for a user. I cant find a
way to do it in the manual. Is it possible to do it as the service is
written now?

I would like this so that I can change a users nick that is
inappropriate in my server. The nickchange would be the first step
before more drastic methods apply.

I guess it would work something like the Guest#### nick change does just
that you set the nickname instead of the service.
