[IRCServices] Services Wont deop..

-ChanServ- Sorry, the DEOP command is temporarily unavailable.

I get that,  Same for op/deop, voice/devoice, halfop/dehalfop
But just for one channel, as far as i know, works on 3 other channels where
i tested.

I read around alittle without really finding anything usefull, atleast no
solution to the problem.

And when i tried the archive search at http://www.ircservices.za.net/ i only
get this..

ht://Dig error
htsearch detected an error. Please report this to the webmaster of this
site. The error message is:

Unable to read configuration file '/usr/local/etc/htdig/shadow_htdig.conf'

Anyone have any idea about this?
