[IRCServices] JUPE command killing services, running bahamut 1.4.35

Hello everyone, i am new to this list, and am running IRCservices on my
network i am starting.  I am running bahamut 1.4.35 and noticed that i am
not able to use the JUPE command at all, it kills services immediately,
and i have to go in and restart them.  I appologize if this is a duplicate
e-mail about this problem.  Bare with me here, im new to IRCservices as
well as this list.
