[IRCServices] new to the list

Hello, my name is Mark, and I am new to the list, so I do not know if this
has been asked before,
so forgive me if it has been asked a million times before.
I was wondering why the pseudo bot services Chanserv/Memoserv/Nickserv are
not set usermode +i
It is just a personal preference that they be set this way, much like
Operserv and Global are. Is there
a setting for this someplace? Is there an operational reason they aren't
setup +i? Will changing them to
+i via ircd services commands break them in any way?
