[IRCServices] Perl Script for Encrypting Passwords..

I can remember reading a while back that someone made a perl script which would go thru the services databases, and encrypt the passwords, i've searched the archives, but have failed to find it. Does anyone have this around somewhere, if so, could you put it on the list? thanks
