[IRCServices] /ns list *ip probem

We are currently running Tr ircd 5.7 on our server. We have a problem with the /ns list command. We use ircservices-5.0.30 and when we use the /ns list command services crash and close. An example can be seen here.

What could be the reason(s) for this? Is there anyway of preventing this from happening?
