[IRCServices] UnrealIRCd, noctcp module, mode +D

Hello

I install noctcp module on my server. This module can restrict CTCP
ACTION on channels, on which +D mode is set.
When I try to lock this module, ChanServ says: [17:36:32] -ChanServ-
Unknown mode character D ignored.
