     One other thing I should mention is that there have been a couple of
cases reported where Services exits immediately with the "socket is not
connected" error message, without any obvious cause.  I've seen it once
myself, but I haven't been able to reproduce it.  I'm guessing that it's a
timing issue related to the connection to the ircd; until I can find
exactly what's causing it, I'd suggest that if you see that error, just
restart Services and it should go away.  (I don't think there have been
any cases of Services suddenly disconnecting once the connection has been
made.)
