[IRCServices] Weird startup thing

Looking at that startup text, you are either running a modified version of services (1.0.1a?), or an EXTREMELLY old version. If its the first, you probably wont be supported, and are encouraged to download an official services release (from http://www.ircservices.za.net), or if its the latter, visit the forementioned URL and upgrade your services.
