     This is a just minor update, correcting the GCC detection problem in
Debian and fixing a couple of mode-lock-related bugs.

		    running under Debian Linux.
2004/07/02	Fixed bugs in handling MLOCK +/-j on Bahamut.
2004/07/02	Fixed tiny potential memory leak on failed SET MLOCK.
