[IRCServices] "Read Only Mode"

The ones i found:

link / unlink (it notes that changes wont be saved.. but thats kinda redundant imo, if it wont save it, why let them link?)  and AJOIN 

Chanserv AKICK, LEVEL and DROP commands.

I havnt NOTICED any others, there are operserv commands, eg. Akill, but they are best kept tbh :p
