[IRCServices] Bug report with /ns set <nick> hide email on

ok, i just got him to switch it off, it was because of the words 'Bug Report' in the subject line apparently, i appologise on his behalf for any inconvieniance caused.

I agree with this, although i wouldn't call it a priority!
