[IRCServices] Error in mailtransport

i'd recommend using smtp rather than sendmail if you're doing this, so that your mailer daemon 
handles mail retries for you. If your own local mailserver is down this is more of a problem than a 
remote mailserver being down and will probably be fixed much faster.
