The mirrors should have it shortly.

     This release is primarily to deal with complaints that Services no
longer compiles under GCC 2.95.  A workaround has been added for this
release, with the side effect that log messages will no longer be written
to stderr when -nofork is used (only for such compilers).  This workaround
will disappear in Services 5.1, so users of such old compilers are
recommended to upgrade to GCC 3.2 or later as soon as convenient.
