     Aside from a minor bug fix, this release is primarily to add support
for importing HybServ databases.  Upgrade at your leisure.

2005/01/21	Added HybServ support to convert-db.  Suggested by

2005/01/21	convert-db is now recompiled properly if the compilation
		    options passed to the configure script are changed.

		    of ChanServ HELP LIST.  Reported by Kieron Thwaites
