[IRCServices] restart lost all of the data in ircserver

i install unreal 3.2.3 and ircservices 5.0.49
when i restart ircservices all the information i registered nick channels 
are clearing sory for my bad english i will try to explain  simply
i register colocated nick and identified it and after i restarted irc 
services it says the nickname isn't registered
