Maybe some code would be needed to prevent that, ensure that operserv 
doesn't kill one of the services, otherwise, a network with a large 
number of services from the same host would have problems.. (Especially 
if they want a low session limit).

(Although this occured using our InspIRCd module, could you please point 
out if that is at fault src @
