[IRCServices] 5.0.41 general lang issue

I noticed this a long time ago on my services, it would have been an
unmodified version 5.0.x (default language would have been english). I
never reported it because I could not figure out what actions eventually
caused services to do this. I also have to admit I haven't seen it
happen to me in a very long time.
