[IRCServices] Mlock problem.

Hm no I havent tried that.  It works fine in other channels.  I hate to
restart services though, but I guess its worth a shot.  Ill get back to you.

Have u tried to restart services? I had the same problem before. Restart
services and normally it will be fixed. mabie its just a desync.
