The mirrors should have it shortly.

     This release fixes the bug just mentioned on the mailing list which
can allow users to crash Services on certain platforms.  The bug does not
affect the x86-32 platform (Intel or AMD CPUs running in 32-bit mode) when
compiled with GCC, but those using other platforms (including x86-64) or
compilers should upgrade immediately.
