I have found the same problem:

/ns listchans TheScream
-NickServ(Services at EYErc.net)- TheScream has not registered any channels. 

/cs info #inlan
-ChanServ(Services at EYErc.net)- Information for channel #inlan:
-ChanServ(Services at EYErc.net)-         Founder: TheScream

Anybody else has this problem?
