[IRCServices] Services 5.1.12 released

     Services 5.1.12 has been released, and can be downloaded from:

     This release adds an extra encryption interface function for modules
(as discussed on the coding list), and also includes a minor fix from six
months(!) ago that I apparently forgot to release; apologies for any
inconvenience caused by this delay.

     Also, the main mirror at ftp.esper.net seems to be down at the moment,
so please download from www.ircservices.za.net instead.
