Anope takes out the extra space-bar spaces in the topic when ChanServ puts on the topic -- I just hated this taking out the extra spaces. Anope does not like having the extra spaces in the topic and is not going to include them in. I would like to say thank you so much to Andrew for not taking out the extra spaces in the channel topic like Anope does.
