<div>I had a similar problem to this when importing from Anope/Epona, as my network was fairly small at the time, I just commented out the oper.sbd part.. However I cannot remember the file which I edited, and unfortunately I am at a computer with no SSH access at the moment due to being at work. If no-one else can recall what the file is, I shall reply again with the file name, and line number. I know this is a work-around, and there may be another solution, but it worked for me.</div>
