[IRCServices Coding] NickServ Issue

NickServ supports hosts like *!*user*@host.domain.net and any combination
of it.Propably they haven't set the host correct or it had some kind of
nick in it.

To Andrew:
NickServ allows to add hosts like nick!user at host.domain.net .. why
allowing nicks on the mask although it's useless?A notice or sth and check
for nicks in the mask i think is good.
