[IRCServices] chan is not working correctly

My apologies to Potvin. (if he's stil the one making them as I'm sure he
is) I didn't know it was now back to normal.
I prefered Elite until the price thing, but services never worked well. I'm
glad they're moving to fix this. My greets to Potvin and my apologies.
