[IRCServices] Services 4.4.9 / 4.3.4 released

     As Andrew Kempe is currently busy with other matters, I have taken the
liberty of releasing a new version of Services to counter a bug recently
discovered which could lead to Services crashing.

     I have patched both the current (4.4) branch and the non-beta (4.3)
branch to fix this bug; the new versions, 4.4.9 and 4.3.4 respectively, can
be retrieved from the following site:

	ftp://ftp.esper.net/ircservices/

     Note that version 4.3.4 fixes _only_ this one bug, and does not
address any other issues which have been resolved in the 4.4 series.
