[IRCServices] set supass - No such variable.

It is working now... 

I had to /msg operserv
/os didn't work and /operserv didn't work

That was unexpected because /chanserv and /nickserv work with-out the /msg in 
front of it.

No worries though.. as long as it works.. it works fine!
