[IRCServices] ircservices with hybrid

	Do you think changing your IRCd will really decrease your 
bandwidth utilisation an appreciable amount ?  Granted, I haven't tested 
the differences in b/w utilization across different IRCds, but I would 
guess that the main difference you'll see is in CPU and memory usage.
