[IRCServices] Link Block

That too was my first concern but they are identical, I have checked them
more than once. Unreal doesn¹t give me any errors when /rehashing.
IRCservices does however give me one error: modules.conf:26: Unknown
directive `NetworkDomain'. Any Ideas?
