On /Os LogonNews HELP and /Os OperNews HELP commands OperServ says:


-OperServ- OPERNEWS LIST may be used by any IRC operator to list the

-OperServ- current news messages.  ADD and DEL may only be used by

-OperServ- Services administrators.

THIS IS WRONG BECAUSE SERVICES OPERATORS CAN ADD/DEL LOGON AND OPER NEWS
