[IRCServices] Hello

Hi all, I need a bit of support,  http://rafb.net/p/mEbyu390.html is my log,
and i'm connecting via localhost... I use mIRC, it keeps z-lining me, i am
not too shure if that could be a configuratation porblem, but it's my
problem, can anyone help me?
