[IRCServices Coding] Still cant get it :(

I have moved to Unreal 3.2, got the C/N lines working, again, the httpd is
giving me "The requested resource could not be found." for everything, is
there something in the services I must do to turn them on, or to update the
database or the like?
This is one of the features I would love to have. I set urls for a channel
and a nick, and /~nick and /channel/mychan bolth didn¹t work. Ideas?
