[IRCServices Coding] Possible /kill bug

:-p, yeah yeah I know, but we were doing some security testing of our !
lines, somone came in as 0perserv (a Zero instead of an 'o') And the admin
killed it.. putting a true O by mistake..
But it diddnt re-connect, i had to re-start it in the shell
