[IRCServices Coding] Question

Hello;

Can someone point me on the problem about some commands becoming
unavailable when using unreal/tr-ircd servers ?

I have tried and tried over this day and no command disappeared to
 the "is temporarily unavailable" version.

Did someone detect out why and when this happens ?
