[IRCServices Coding] ircservices noobie help

i get services running and connected to my unreal daemon but i get this
message when i try to register my nickname

then i check the logs and i see this

if someone has an answer it would be great and if you need to see more
info (ie modules.conf or ircservices.conf) just ask if you are willing
to help me. thanks
