[IRCServices Coding] Yet, another great suggestion

Is this /time command only supposed to work via RAW?  Cause when i type
/time services.dreamchat.org i get No Such User, but if i do /raw time
services.dreamchat.org, it works.  Just wondering if its just me, or if
its supposed to be that way.
