The memo forward is a useful feature though it is kind of bulky to go open your mail for 10 bytes of text. I would like to suggest to add ICQ (and yahoo, msn, AOL too I guess), to the user group database structure and to add an option on memo/forward to send the memos to ICQ pager for example.
