[IRCServices Coding] module programming questions

first of all, thanks for your reply, though one of my problems is still 
unsolved (the first one).
As for the second, it really loads the module on a rehash. It wasn't in 
the 6. section of the docs, which i read recently, but in /msg operserv 
help rehash, which i never read as i thought i knew what rehash does... 
I wonder why i didn't notice this earlier :(
