     Unfortunately, this is very incomplete, so I'll have to put it off
until I have the time to study the source code myself.

     I can't find any technical documentation in there aside from the
base RFCs, so this will also have to wait for a closer look at the
source code.

     I think I'm going to have to say no to that, since ircservices is
the official name of the package--and to be honest, as the author of the
first widely used Services package, I think I have a right to the name. :)
