[IRCServices] Question about TR-IRCD

Nothing.  But as I said, I have exhausted other avenues of inquiry and 
hoped that some saavy TR-IRCD folks might be on this list, given the fact 
that it is the services of choice for that IRCD.   My apologies for 
divulging off topic, and I will gladly accept replies in private.
