[IRCServices] FATAL: kernel too old

I know I should update it, but I can't justify the risk and downtime, particularly not for this. I'm not happy with the machine as it is, but there's nothing I can do about it, putting a new kernel in place just isn't an option.
I appreciate the response though, thanks.
Do you have any other suggestions? :)
